Susan Orioli is by far the BEST real estate agent we could have ever worked with when finding and buying our dream home in the North Fork. We knew Susan as she helped us find the most perfect rental two years ago, which we used for two summers and when we decided to buy a home, we knew we wanted to use Susan again. She lives and works in the area. Susan knows which houses are worth purchasing and will be honest. She showed us houses in our price range and was willing to go above and beyond throughout the purchasing and negotiation process. The fact that she has a background in Law gives her and us a serious advantage. She is very responsive to emails and calls! Susan is also very patient with explaining things to new homeowners! We own an apartment which is very different and Susan had so many great contacts and recommendations for the new house. Anyone would be super lucky to work with Susan Orioli!!

Therese is absolutely fantastic to work with. We were first time buyers, and totally new to the home purchasing process, which can be very daunting. Therese helped us secure the house that we had set our heart on, and guided us through each step of the way. We really appreciated how available she made herself and how much support and knowledge she provided. Therese was also excellent with communicating to all parties involved and responding to my texts and calls in real time. She definitely went above and beyond, providing advice on local contractors and useful things to know about the area we moved to, along with other helpful information along the way. In addition, Therese is also a wonderful and calm person, which in itself provided us with a level of comfort and put us at ease throughout. I would highly recommend Therese!

I cannot say enough about Susan. She is truly a gem. She is honest, truthful, knowledgeable, available, and an incredible resource. Her approach was to find the ideal house for us and not just try and make a quick sale. We always felt that she had our back and was looking out for our interests. Her knowledge of the North Fork and her understanding of the real estate market are exceptional. She was always responsive and available- it was so easy for us to arrange meetings and to ask questions. I could not imagine using any other agent!!

Being a buyer in the strong seller’s market this Summer was a true challenge...a challenge Gina met full on and found my dream home. Susan is a pro on so many levels and made buying a house stress free she was able to answer any questions as well as give advice or recommendations. I found Susan to be very professional and very friendly. Working with her is a pleasure. I never felt intimidated or feeling as if I was being taken advantage of. She was the only realtor i interviewed with that suggested to have a "staging" done so that I would get more for the house. She even works close with a designer and she paid her services and brought her to our home before we even signed with her!!!! that shows she is good at what she does and understands what is needed to sell a home today!
